Hydromechanical Presses, Leinhaas - Technology

The centerpiece of the Leinhaas-press is the hydro-mechanic drive system.
This system achieves an optimal, automatic adaption of the tappet speed during the individual phases of the working cycle.

Function of the tool: closing, transforming, opening.

The reversion of the movement in the lower dead center is switchable depending on distance and pressure. The repitition accuracy is +/- 0.01 mm.

The height at which the tool is being mounted is infinetely variably adjusted to the different tools in steps of 0.01 mm with a powered tappet adjustment.

The advantages of the Leinhaas-technology that have always been convincing:
- high precision of the engine kinematics that are low in wearout and reliable in process
- high guidance accuracy, even when the load is not in a central position
- the hydromechanic drive allows to feed power to the tool in a controlable, smooth and
  therefore material saving way
- the tappet will not be dropped suddenly, therefore there is a reduced cutting bang

These technological advantages concretely offer you:
- an economic production of precision punch parts
- extremely long lifetime of the tools
- shortest possible changeover time
- universally usable for nearly every type of forming like punching, bending, minting, pulling,
cold forging, clean cuttings, as well as progressice die- and transfer applications.
